Ah, Halloween – my favorite time of the year and possibly my favorite holiday. I have always loved Halloween. Candy, costumes, playing pranks, running around, parties, pumpkins – what’s there not to love? Not to mention, on the TV they show all kinds of ghost/haunting shows, horror movies, classic horrors and different kinds of movies/shows. Those are my favorite.

I remember when I was in high school, our little group would get together and tell ghost stories and see who could tell the scariest tale and then afterwards we would watch a marathon of scary movies and television shows.

Ah, those were the good days when things were a little more simpler than they are now.

These days, there are less ghost stories (why have stories about ghosts when you could have or have the real thing living in your house?) and more drinking of pumpkin flavored coffee/drinks and partying.

I think this year, I'll have to get everyone together again and get everyone to tell ghost stories like we used to.

I already have a few ideas in mind...

...that I can get out for a decent cup of coffee is when I'm on my lunch break.

Don't get me wrong - we make coffee at home (all the time if I get my way) and I love it. But, there's nothing better than going to your favorite coffee place and ordering your favorite latte, cappuccino, frappaccino, regular coffee, etc then just taking a moment to take in the world around you or just taking the minute to relax while savoring the taste of the hot drink in your hands.

Yeah, that's me - coffee addict girl.

My drink of choice? Irish coffee but when I can't have that, I absolutely love white chocolate mochas with a dash or several dashes of peppermint.

Note to self: Go get one for myself tomorrow afternoon.
